Healthy Lunch Recipe: NY Salad

Looking for a healthy and easy lunch? Why don't you try my NY Salad:



Ingredients:


  • Butter Head Lettuce
  • 1 Can of Tuna in Brine
  • 2 Whole Carrots
  • 1/2 of a Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Cashew Nut
  • 1 tsp of Raisins
  • 1 tsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch of Himalayan Salt and Pepper
This salad is filled with antioxidants, healthy fat, and lean protein. This is a great fuel intensifier.
