I am dedicated to helping women all over the world to achieve their fitness goals. I found that it's very difficult for busy women to fit exercise into their hectic schedules. My method targets women's trouble areas like glutes, legs, abs, and arms with precise exercises and specific equipment that will chisel the muscles to perfection. The best part is that it only takes 30 to 45 minutes. It is the perfect workout: precise, efficient and time-saving!

My Easter Tips for Eating Healthy While Eating Out



Happy Easter everyone! 

Today, I went with my New York family to a restaurant called Cipriani for Easter Brunch. Cipriani is located in downtown NYC. We had a great time and the food was delicious!

Even though it can be challenging at times, I still keep my diet clean and enjoy healthy food even when I’m eating out. Follow my example, whether you are eating out for the holiday today or any day of the week!

For starters, I had Romana Artichokes. These are a great source of fiber and antioxidants. Artichokes have liver cleansing properties and also facilitate digestion. Plus, they taste amazing and remind me of home! My granny cooks them with a little bit of olive oil, garlic, salt, and parsley. Cipriani uses the same recipe! Yum :)

For my main entree, I selected the grilled salmon and steamed green beans. Salmon is an excellent source of protein and healthy fat. I combined it with green beans to add fiber and a squeeze of lemon for the alkaline properties.

 This salmon was delicious and a well-balanced meal.

I am not a fan of desserts, so after lunch I had a green tea to clean my palate. Green tea adds an extra boost of antioxidants and fat burning properties to any meal. I added Stevia to mine for a sweet taste!

Healthy eating is all about the choices you make. Don't use any excuses when you go out! Just keep your diet clean and lean, and remember to always have fun eating!

Behind the Scenes of My Upcoming Fitness Video

This morning I had the pleasure of working with Acerbic Film and Entertainment (AcerbicFilm.com) on my upcoming fitness video.

You ladies are going to love it! The exercises I included in the video target our trouble spots -- thighs, arms, tummy, and butt. My workout is all you need to get swimsuit ready!

Healthy Lunch Recipe: NY Salad

Looking for a healthy and easy lunch? Why don't you try my NY Salad:



Ingredients:


  • Butter Head Lettuce
  • 1 Can of Tuna in Brine
  • 2 Whole Carrots
  • 1/2 of a Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Cashew Nut
  • 1 tsp of Raisins
  • 1 tsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch of Himalayan Salt and Pepper
This salad is filled with antioxidants, healthy fat, and lean protein. This is a great fuel intensifier.

News from NYC!

Hey guys!

Long time no see... I'm back! I have been working very hard to reinvent myself and come out with new ways to help you achieve optimal beauty inside and out.

I'm currently in NYC working with Emily Liptak, CEO for Eternal Reign Ldn (www.eternalreignldn.com). We are planning to come out with a new, sexy fitness wear line just in time for summer!

Today we met with the manufacturor of the line. It was really thrilling for me to see Emily at work. She is so passionate and so driven. I am truly blessed to share with her a passion for fitness, fashion, and life in general. The material for our new leggings is now in the hands of our manufacturer  and we are waiting for the sample to be completed, sent, and approved! The whole process has been so exciting!

I'm also revisiting my website content and working to create a new workouts that reflect my passion for what I do, such my Booty Balance Conditioning. The finished workout will be a better way for you to follow me at home, on holiday, or at the gym!

I am in the process of launching a new website. It should be up within the next three months and you will have opportunities to learn from the best, about how to sculpt your body!

On Friday, I'll be shooting a NEW workout video. Saturday I have a Photo Shoot for the Cover and content of my New Book... I can only say: 'Its Tasty!' Look out for my New Recipes and please let me know how DELICIOUS they are!
